Hands on the best experience I had when it comes to customer service. Really felt like they cared for me throughout the whole loan process. Ethan was so helpful in answering all of my questions, very responsive and knowledgeable. If you are looking for home loans, this is definitely the way to go. Can't recommend enough
Was looking to refinace some investment property. Cannot recommend enough. Knowledgeable and quick to respond. Personalble and really made the best deal possible. You can do everything online, but if you like to speak to your loan manager they were always availble by phone or text. No automated database to go through a real number with a real person. Rates are excellent. From start to finish I believe it took less that 3 weeks. Will definetly recommend to others and will continue to use in the future.

Ethan and our processor Jamie were amazing to work with. They helped me with a DSCR for a 6 unit building. Closed within 2 months. We are now working on closing a 4 unit building together. I’ve worked with multiple lenders and can tell you, Ethan will take your calls when you have questions and keep you informed throughout the entire process. Jamie is on it! She will tell you what she needs in order to get you to the closing table, if you’re busy like me and miss something.. she will remind you and I loved that. Very persistent, and you want your processor to have this characteristic in order to have things done quickly. They have gained a loyal customer! Great service!

After comparing the loan estimate offered by beeline with other lenders. only 1 was able to beat it, but by that time i was already 90% into the verification process with beeline. so it didn't make sense to start over. The entire process was pretty easy and uploading the docs was a breeze. overall im happy with the deal I got and it came just in time. Thank you Beeline
