Beeline is a perfect example of tech making a process so much easier than years ago. I was really impressed with their seamless online platform and it made for a great experience. My processor, Makalee, knocked it out of the park. I gave her a mission to beat Rocket with closing my loan and she ran laps around the other guys. Will 10/10 use them again in the future!

Ethan and our processor Jamie were amazing to work with. They helped me with a DSCR for a 6 unit building. Closed within 2 months. We are now working on closing a 4 unit building together. I’ve worked with multiple lenders and can tell you, Ethan will take your calls when you have questions and keep you informed throughout the entire process. Jamie is on it! She will tell you what she needs in order to get you to the closing table, if you’re busy like me and miss something.. she will remind you and I loved that. Very persistent, and you want your processor to have this characteristic in order to have things done quickly. They have gained a loyal customer! Great service!

There’s no limit to the number of STRs you can own — your income won’t restrict you.

- Because eligibility is based on rental income, you’re not restricted by personal income — so you can keep buying lots of properties = lots of cash flow!
