I did not close so I can only comment on the early stage of the process. It was fantastic. I have used large online lenders in the past and have had good experiences. This time around I was looking for different loan types and wanted to be creative as I was looking to secure my second investment property. My other lender did not offer a DSCR loan. I wanted to understand the benefits vs a conventional loan and was leaning toward the DSCR loan. I decided to use Beeline for my home refinance when I compared their advertised interest rate on bankrate.com, with their competitors' rate. At the time, my loan financer was Rocket Mortgage. I attempted and got approved for a home refinance, with Rocket Mortgage, but the cost was too high and I decided not to proceed. I decided to look at Beeline and see if the low-cost and quick turnaround was true. Given the low interest rate environment, I wanted a lower interest rate for my cash-out refinance, but I wasn't willing to pay thousands of dollars in closing costs. I just closed my re-fi with cash out. I am a retired realtor and I worked for a loan company years ago. I had experience is what I am saying. Let me tell you something. I worked with TJ and Abby for my loan. They are in RI and I am in the backwoods of Texas and I could not be any happier with any transaction I have ever done. This loan went smooth. Everything was timely. the communication is the best! Not only emails, but personal calls. I had agreed on a rate, but after my appraisal came back, which was more than I told them it should be (I did that on purpose) I had a reduction in rate. Of course that meant lower payments which I was very happy about. This process is easy. Without all the bull with a bunch of costs because those people are not involved anymore in a Beeline loan. Closing costs are much lower this way. In fact, for me, the costs were almost twice less than the other lenders I talked with. This process is friendly and easy for anyone to do. it is mostly online with their fun program where you have control on everything you do and see. they answer emails, texts and calls promptly. They are fun, friendly and professional. I got a day of the close and funding call from TJ. We chatted and I told him how great he and his company were, my point being he took the extra step to make me feel like he cares. The thing of it is, he does care. His assistant Abby the exact same way! The process starts very easily online, once you are pre-approved and moving to the next step is when they actually review every single line of everything you submit and ask to clarify everything. On one side they are very thorough, which is good, on the other they should make it clear from the beginning that the first step online is just a basic screening that will require you to send them a ton more documents later on. All along we dealt with Chamira Watkins, she was very active and kept me informed of the status of each step via text, emails, and calls. From start to finish took about 2 months. Overall we would work again with Makeabeeline and recommend them because their team is very active in following up and staying on top of the process.

I recently closed my refinance property loan in Katy, TX through Beeline. It was one of the best experience I had. It was a second refinance I did within two month period and I cannot explain how smooth and transparent the process was with Beeline. I have never dealt with such amazing professionals in this line of business before. From Rebecca to Jessica to Jackie (Head of Titles), every one was professional, customer centric and very prompt. It was such a pain free process even for a self employed person like me to refinance a rental property, I highly recommend their services to everyone. The whole process took a month and five days from start to finish. This is a very impressive timeline for refinance especially in current market conditions. Another great feature that Beeline offered was the variety of rate options which helped me find the best package for my needs. I have never seen so many options for me to run my calculations anywhere else. They didn't try to jack up my loan amount in order to show deductions at the end. This was very important to me since I didn't want the loan amount to increase. Not only the rates were competitive, the closing estimates were fairly accurate as well. I tried shopping around with their rates and no one could beat their numbers. Also, there was no endless loop of submitting documents every other week. All the document requests were done in time and were approved fairly quick by the underwriter. Even the appraisers they used had a quick turn around time. Last year during summer I initiated a request with another company for refinance and it took me 6 months to close. I was never a priority for them. They never locked my rate, ran my credit multiple times and kept asking for additional documents every time they delayed the closing to buy more time and get extension on appraisals. It was a horrible experience and I was told it was the norm for refinance of rental property. Fortunately, with Beeline, we now know that it isn't true. I owe a special thanks to Beeline team for providing such an excellent customer experience.

Beeline is Amazing!

Beeline is amazing. I was looking for a low, no points refi. I called all the majors like Quicken, LendGo AmeriMortgage, you name it. At the time the average rate posted on the internet was 3.0 and a lot of those included points. I wanted the lowest rate I could get with no points (why pay those anyway and you can't compare rates if some have points and others do not). No one was giving me rates below 3.0 and many were higher, and since I was just shopping, I did not want to fill out that super annoying online form where you have to put all of your personal information. I just wanted to find a company that would let me know they could get me something that I thought was good before going down that data entry road. Well, somehow I stumbled upon Beeline in my searching the internet. I was intrigued. I am a scientist and I saw that they use machine learning and other tech to reduce costs to deliver the lowest rates. I contacted them and found a great agent, Drew MacDonald, he made me some initial quotes for what I was looking for. The lowest rate with no points for a 30 year fixed refi and no escrow (I pay my own because I have heard horror stories about people whose escrow companies were late in payments and just delivered headaches). At the time when rates being quoted by everyone else on the internet, he found me one for 2.5%!!! OMG! That was more than a half point lower than any other rate I found with the parameters I was looking for. The day before we were to close the deal, Drew called me up and said: "Hey, rates have gone down, want to hold off a week. I think I can get you 2.375!". I, of course, said "Definitely"!!!! Well, I just closed at that rate. this is saving me $800 a month on what I was paying for my 4.1% rate that I had previously. Drew and Beeline were super helpful, it was no muss no fuss. Working with him was super. He was incredibly responsive to my questions and, I almost forgot, my closing costs were only $1,200!!!!! In the past when I refinanced, I had closing costs around $5,000 to $6,000 for no point mortgages. I called everyone I knew with a mortgage and encouraged them to call Drew and Beeline. Needless to say, I am super supportive of this company. I highly recommend them. This is NOT a fake review, by the way. I am a real person. I live in the Washington DC area. Beeline is the BEST!!!
